I'm a Ph.D. Candidate in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University interested in robotics, dynamic systems and controls, and design. My Ph.D. research is on developing high-resolution shape displays for 2.5D data visualization, haptic surface interaction, and adaptive optics. Previously, I have had the pleasure of working on robotics and nonlinear control systems across different size scales, from developing an industry testing station for autonomous vehicle LiDAR-on-chips to designing MEMS (micro-electromechanical) airfoils for a cigar-sized rocket.
My Ph.D. research is with Professor Sean Follmer in the SHAPE Lab. I earned my M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford in June 2022, and my B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a minor in Physics at the University of California, Berkeley in May 2020.
